Upon reviewing your form, you will receive an email from me within 24 hours with scheduling guidance to ensure that we are choosing the correct New Guest Session so that we have enough time to achieve all of your hair goals together. Be sure to check your spam folder!

Once you're seated and comfy, I will offer a comprehensive consultation designed to ensure that achieve the exact result you desire. I take the time to listen to your needs and desires. I will ask your pain points and work with you to create a look that you're going to love everyday. Additionally, I provide customized salon amenities that make your salon visit even more enjoyable. You can choose from a plethora of drinks and snacks and have the ability to select your own music to set the tone for your appointment. Whether you're looking for a silent appointment or something more energetic and talkative, I've got you covered.
During every shampoo, you'll have the opportunity to enjoy the added luxury of a hot towel and a relaxing scalp massage. I understand investing in your hair and trusting a new hairstylist can be intimidating, so I appreciate you considering me to be your person, and don't plan on taking the task lightly!
Upon submission of your Digital Consultation Form, you will receive access to request an appointment via GlossGenius immediately. I will get back to you within 24 hours of receiving your consultation form to either confirm your requested New Client Session or to make an adjustment. Once your booking is finalized you will receive a Digital Welcome Packet detailing all the day-of details and FAQs.

The Consultation
Once you make your way to Studio 18, I will kindly introduce you to the space to make you feel comfortable and welcome. My space is judgement free and private.
We will have a thorough conversation about your hair to make sure we're both confident on how we should proceed with your service. We will talk about your hair dreams and nightmares. I want you to feel listened to, excited, and taken care of as we explore solutions and plans to create your perfect look.
After Goodbye
We'll make a plan for when and what your next appointment will be, get you checked out, and send you off to go turn heads with your beautiful new hairstyle.
After leaving your first appointment with me, you'll receive a follow up email from me with information on maintenance in between appointments, my booking link, and access to my client app.
