Q. WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

A. Should you cancel your appointment or any portion of your appointment with less than 48 hours notice a 50% per service cancelled fee does apply and will be due before a new appointment is scheduled.

Q. WHAT IF I AM LATE TO MY APPOINTMENT?

A. Things happen…if you’re going to be a few minutes late, please reach out via text message to let me know. If you are going to be more than 15 minutes late, I will do my best to accommodate you, however, out of respect to all of my guests with scheduled appointments, I cannot guarantee the full service scheduled will be performed and may result in rescheduling a portion or all of your service.

Q. WHAT IF I DON'T LOVE MY HAIR?

A. Please know that I truly strive to give my guests the very best experience. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied, please contact me within the first 7 days following your appointment. We will make arrangements to adjust as quickly as possible.
